Spa Rescheduling & Cancelations.

Changes and cancellations will be accepted with a 4 hour notice. Special hour packages must be canceled 24 hours in advance. Group services have special cancellation clauses as per their contract. In the case of not cancelling any service you will be charged on your room bill or credit card for the full price. Any late arrivals for services may result in an incomplete service.
