Spa Rescheduling & Cancelations -

* Cancellation must be 24 hours in advance

* Groups Cancellations must be as agreed to the contract

* In the case of not cancelling any service you will be charged on your room bill or credit card for the full price.

* Late arrivals for services result in an incomplete service.
